This book is a must read. I have been on a spiritual recovery path for several years. In this book Laurel uses a medicine wheel. Each step of the wheel has given me many ah ha moments. You will discover areas of resistance you did not know you had. I have grown so much and have gotten to know myself so much more deeply. A must read!
